The “Zulu King”/Government of South Africa applied to court to evict Us from Our beautiful house.
On 30/8/2019 the Pietermaritzburg High Court’s judge Seegobin granted an eviction order in favour of INGONYAMA TRUST compelling Us to vacate Our house by 19/9/2019. On 12/09/2019, the same day Katarina flew 1-way ticket to South Africa 7 years ago, We applied for leave to appeal and served the notice on the parties.
We received this email from the Registrar of judge Seegobin on 17/9/2019:
“Good afternoon
Please take note that we are in receipt of the Notice of Application for leave to appeal in the above matter.
Kindly note that Judge Seegobin will be in a position to deal with the above application during the last session i.e. 11 November to 15 December 2019 as he will be in Durban during the next session (after the recess period).
I will contact the parties when we return to Pietermaritzburg regarding dates for setting down the leave to appeal. The file will be with our Registrar Mrs Jooste until we return to Pietermaritzburg.

9/4/2019: Sheriff Simon delivered to Us court papers demonstrating INGONYAMA TRUST/Applicant’s desire to evict Us from our House (Applicant’s Founding Affidavit); We submitted Our Notices of Intention to Oppose (Enki & Inanna) on 16/4/2019 and Our Answering Affidavit on 10/5/2019. On 14/5/2019 we received the Applicant’s Replying Affidavit, wherein they are requesting the court to strike out of Our affidavits “irrelevant” things. These are the documents we received on 24/5/2019: Notice of Application, Certificate of Readiness and Indices.
On 16/07/2019, in the Pietermaritzburg High court, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, the Application for Our eviction was dealt with. The application was for Court to authorise the Notices in terms of Section 4(2) of Prevention of Illegal Eviction from and Unlawful Occupation of Land Act and to set a date for the hearing which is on 30/08/2019; during this hearing We are entitled to draw the attention of the Court on all the relevant circumstances that would make granting of an order for Our eviction unfair.
We are busy repairing and completing Our House thanks to great love and kindness of Our Slovak family. We are creating Our Heavenly House, where We’ll be shortly welcoming Our first guests who desire to experience true Reset of their body, mind and spirit to their original Divine Design.
