The aforementioned plaintiff, a people has hereby declared a formal complaint with this court of record where the law of the case is common and natural law and is decreed by the sovereign.

The plaintiff has made the following complaint:

I am being tried for “Harboring” my commonlaw wife from Slovakia who is unable to get residence in South Africa. She was sent here by God to help Me complete a book of great importance to Humanity. The Bible states in Revelation 10 that a book will be released explaining the essence of God and revealing all truth. It is Our belief that this is the book refered to as it was inspired by God.

Our rights have been violated on 11 counts of the Constitution.

Yes, the corporate system has taken my common law wife from me. It is Our belief that God put us together as per the Bible (Gen 2: 24, Ephesians 5: 31). She is being sent for psychiatric evaluation on 24 January 2017. Using the Oath in court it proves that there is no separation between State and Church.The court is perjurious as they have no respect for the Oath and thus for God’s laws and promisses to Humanity. God siad that in that day He will raise up the tabernacle of David (Amos 9: 11). She is My witness to that claim and Our book is the proof.

The plaintiff seeks the following remedy:

We therefore seek appropriate relief from the legal system. That legislation be amended and adopted to accommodate Hebrew Laws and traditions with Our own Declaration of Rights. We expect Our constitutional rights to be respected and the Common law for this specific instance be developed. We also expect that My Bride be released immediately to be given residence in South Africa without any further delay and processes. We also seek official media pardon and that all charges against Us be dropped

The deponent acknowledged that:
